Overview
If you’ve had a headache, felt dizzy, mentally foggy, or struggled to focus after hitting your head — it’s not something to brush off. These are common signs of a concussion, and they can affect your work, energy, mood, and daily life more than you realize.
Waiting to see if it goes away can actually prolong your recovery. The earlier you address it, the faster and more completely your brain can heal — and the lower your risk of symptoms lingering for weeks or months. If you believe you or your athlete have sustained a concussion, I can evaluate and provide any necessary referrals to qualified medical care.
I provide evaluation and injury rehab for athletes and active people like you. I help you get the clarity, tools, and plan you need to get back to training quicker and with confidence.

A concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury that occurs when the brain hits the inside of the skull from a hit to the head or body. It can happen from a fall, car accident, sports, or even something that didn’t seem “serious” at the time. Most people don’t lose consciousness — which is why it can often get overlooked.
